1. Method of Entry
Entry is open to all Australian residents. To enter the promotion enter your litres used to the nearest 0.1 using the hashtag #horticomp (302.1L #horticomp) via Facebook or Twitter.
Entrants may only register one entry each. Application forms must be received by the Promoter during the promotional period. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected application forms. This competition is a judged entry. All entries will be judged. Judges decision is final and no discussions will be entered into.
2. Details of Prize and Prize Value
There is one (1) GARDENA Water Smart Flow Water Meter RRP $29.95
3. Competition dates and winner notification
Promotion commences on the 18th Ferurary 2014 at 09:00 (AEST) and closes at 12.00 (AEST) 25th February 2014. The winner will be notified by email and will also be announced on the Hortiman facebook page on 25th February 2012.

5. Conditions of prize
Prize will be delivered via email within 30 days of winners announcement.
6. Participants
Directors, management, employees and their immediate families cannot participate in the promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that this not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is or may be suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is or may be suffered or sustained, in connection with any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
7. Unclaimed Prize
If the prize goes unclaimed it will not be redrawn.
